The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away. - Pablo Picasso
Our guild members create and donate placemats for Bucks and Montgomery County Meals on Wheels programs.
We support non-profit organizations dedicated to helping underserved babies and those impacted by domestic violence in our community.
Our walker bags have been donated throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Attached to a walker, they provide easy access to items that would otherwise need to be carried in the hands. These simple to make bags have been a boon to many of our local Senior Communities.
We also donate holiday decorations to homes for seniors. Last year we donated 40 Christmas Trees to Bucks County's Neshaminy Manor.
Help us serve others through quilting. If you have time, fabric, money, and especially quilting skills and want to help, please use our contact page to send us a note. We'll be in touch to help you help others.
Items were donated to the following:

Lap quilts are given to patients with dementia, so they can fiddle with the different textures sewn onto each quilt. This helps keep their hands and minds occupied. We currently donate these fidget quilts to Neshaminy Manor patients.
Several of our Guild members volunteer to help Tie Quilts at the Doylestown Mennonite Church to donate to charity.

Americans for Native Americans (ANA), a non-profit in Doylestown, is working in conjunction with The Kwek Society to end period poverty in indigenous communities. Many girls miss school due to lack of period supplies. Moon Time bags (5x6 inch fabric pouches) are filled with pads and sent to schools in southwestern New Mexico.
